Due to internal progression, I am seeking a skilled, experienced and dedicated Head of Operations for Supported Living services, to become a key part of an established, award winning organisation who are committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives. As the Head of Operations, you will be at the forefront of their mission to enhance thequality of lifefor the people they support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leadershipand Management:
” Lead apassionate teamof support staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality careand support services.
” Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of supported living services.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
” Build strong partnerships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and community organisations.
” Collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for the rights andinclusionof individuals with disabilities.
Innovationand Improvement:
” Drivecontinuous improvementinitiatives to enhance the quality of care and support provided.
” Implementinnovativeapproaches to promote independence, choice, and person-centred care.
Qualifications and
Requirements:
” Extensivesenior leadershipexperience in the Health and Social Care Operations sector.
” Minimum of 5 year`s experience within a similar level role
” A relevant professional qualification, such as management orleadershipor significant relevant experience.
” Substantial senior level operational management experience in a regulated business environment.
” Experience in leading and managing strategic and operational change.
” Commitment to service-user needs and involvement in service design, implementation and evaluation leading to effective client-driven offers.
” Possess a detailed understanding of care service issues including the legislative framework and Clinical governance.
” Strong knowledge and experience in working with commissioners and implementing new services.
” Excellentcommunication skillsat all levels
” Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
