Our Housekeeping Manager is responsible for managing both housekeeping and laundry departments while ensuring the alignment with Armani Hotel and LQA service standards.

The position requires the ability to effectively interact with department heads, guests, employees in an efficient, constructive and positive manner.

Attitude is just as important as knowledge.

Main duties & responsibilities:

Manage the organization and the development of the Housekeeping department in accordance with Armani’s standards and procedures;

Manage and organize inventories and requisition of linen, uniforms and all the goods and equipment used within Housekeeping;

Responsible for excellence in Housekeeping and Laundry;

Responsible for cost control and budget compliance on a daily basis;

Responsible for continuous research of new suppliers and service providers in order to retain costs within budgetary figures and improve quality standards;

Responsible for daily

communication

within the department as well as other departments, especially Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure a seamless experience to our guests;

Responsible for the supervision and décor of staff accommodation, lockers and back of the house;

Responsible for communicating with guests and taking care of their special requests concerning housekeeping and laundry.
