We are currently recruiting for an experiencedHR Administratorto join our busy team on a permanent basis.
This role will be based in our Head Office in Bathgate (EH48 2EE
)
The HR Administrator role will be an integral part of the HR Team, providing administration support across all aspects of HR. The successful candidate will assist in supporting the day-to-day work of the team, which will involve liaising with employees across the Company and external organisations.
Key Responsibilities:
On-boarding of new starters
Produce offer letters, contracts of employment, contractual change letters and leaver letters
Assist with recruitment
Input and maintain employee records on electronic HR database
Process checks/applications on the criminal record database
Create and maintain reports with HR Information
Maintain sickness and holiday records
Updating and ensuring accurate records are kept for all employees
Supporting with minute taking for key meetings
Ensure completion of the leavers process and action the leaver notification when a leaver is confirmed
Run accurate reports for payroll in a timely manner
Ensure probationary reviews are conducted in a timely manner by setting reminders with managers
To be an effective representative of the Company and to act at all times in a professional manner, promoting a positive Company image
Undertake any other duties which commensurate with the post at the request of the HR Business Partner
You must be able to demonstrate the following Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent accuracy andattention to detail
Previous HR Administration experience gained within a fast paced environment
Experience of onboarding and legal requirements
Understanding of HR policies
Excellentcommunication skills, written and oral, both in person and via the telephone
CIPD qualification would be advantageous
A good understanding and proven demonstrable experience of Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
Be professional at all times maintaining confidentiality
Be able to manage many different tasks in a timely manner
Be able to adhere to deadlines and identify issues which may cause delays
