YOUR TEAM
We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented compliance specialist to join our team. The Compliance team manages the ongoing process of monitoring and assessing the Internal Control System to ensure that the IIT activities are compliant with laws, rules and standards requirements.
The Compliance Directorate is coordinated by Dr. Leonardo Nigro.
Within the team, your main responsibilities will be:
monitoring the main legal sources to identify regulatory provisions that may have a direct or indirect impact on the activities of the Institute;
providing legal advice regarding the adoption of law prescriptions;
support the Compliance Director in the ongoing update of the anti-corruption model adopted by the Institute and in monitoring its effective adoption by the corporate functions concerned;
producing compliance analysis reports for the Institute’s governing bodies
REQUIREMENTS
A Master Degree in Law or Economics or International Politics or similar
At least 3 years of previous experience in Audit/Compliance/Anticorruption field with an in-depth working knowledge of the operations and practice within complex organizations.
Good knowledge of the English language
Good skills in time and priority management
A cooperative approach with the stakeholders
Problem solving attitude with spirit of innovation and creativity
