We are looking an HRBP with a fixed term contract based in Malaga.
Mission of the position:
Works with Business Managers ( Area Manager and Regional Manager) to drive the results of each Region through excellence initiatives in people management.
Ensures the implementation and development of HR tools and processes in the organization according to the standards defined by the COE’s
Facilitates response to business needs
Promote HR strategy and business change (organization diagnosis and performance effectiveness).
Implement and execute end-to-end HR processes and transactions.
Provide advice to leaders and employees.
Drive people excellence initiatives (culture, talent management) to enable business results.
Effective communication to employees.
Drive feature development with a special focus on: Talent Management (selection, mobility, development)
Commitment and functional sense of belonging Model of roles and responsibilities
Identification and development of functional competencies
Training and experience required:
University degree
Valuable specialized training in HR
Minimum experience of 3/4 years in a similar position or area coordinator.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
