Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily site inspections.
Actively participate in Tool Box Meetings.
Review HSE requirements for the project.
Prepare HSE documentation in compliance with Client requirements.
Develop the Project HSE Plan and other related HSE documentation.
Attend coordination meetings and workshops.
Ensure compliance of Client’s activities with legal, contractual, and internal HSE requirements.
Review HSE documentation from subcontractors and assist them in meeting internal and project-specific HSE requirements.
Drive the implementation of the project safety culture plan/program.
Requirements
Proven experience in HSE within Oil & Gas projects.
Familiarity with international standards and regulations related to refinery operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Qualification to operate as an HSE professional in Poland.
Proficiency in Polish and English (verbal and written).
IT skills: Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, ShareFile, and Microsoft Teams.
