A super exciting opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join a growing HR Team.

*Based in North County Dublin on a hybrid working model

Salary; 50,000 per year

Minimum years of HR experience – 5 years

Your Responsibilities:

Become familiar with the global HR system to act as a backup

Engage with hiring managers/team leads on recruitment plans and changing requirements (Ireland, Germany, US), agree channels for hiring, review progress and amend as required. This includes creating / amending job descriptions, posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews and delivering feedback in an efficient and professional manner.

Familiar with onboarding and offboarding activities

Engage with and support managers/team leads during the probation period for new hires, ongoing performance management, including any PIPs, disciplinary actions, grievances

Company policies, procedures, handbook – creating new, updating existing as required

Full knowledge of employment law and related company policy

Employee engagement – holistic approach to employee engagement incorporating all aspects – wellbeing calendar of events and activities, remote working supports, work-life balance, company social events etc.

Employee social events

Payroll updates to external provider for Ireland, Germany and US payrolls

Processing benefit administration – medical insurance, PRSA, maternity/paternity / parental leave including travel pass, cycle to work scheme etc.

Ensure signed compensation adjustment/bonus forms for all compensation and benefit changes/payments

Contributing to ad-hoc projects as necessary

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of HR experience

CIPD qualification, strong employment law knowledge

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to exercise good judgment

Confidentiality, integrity and professionalism in handling all information, meetings, discussions, planning

Experience across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
