At Eni, we are looking for a Senior HR Advisor within EIRL in London.
You will
be responsible for coordinating and managing core business activities concerning the mobilisation of international employees. Responsible for a specific region and as a key focal point for Local HR within the Eni subsidiaries and HR Management in HQ concerning mobility activities.

As a member of the Global People Management department at EIRL, you will be responsible for:
• First point of contact for resources (new hire and current employees), responsible for all aspects of the mobilisation process and through the life-cycle of the assignment(s)
• Share knowledge across the global mobility field on subjects such as social security, tax, immigration, relocation and assignment management
• Applying best practice with adherence to UK/International Employment Law, HR Policies & Procedures
• Advising on the company policy of management of international employees
• Initiating and managing internal and external services/suppliers and proposed
continuous improvement
with services provided
• Regularly check payroll and expense reports, and supplier invoices, in readiness for further management approval
• Building strong working relationships with in-country subsidiary HR contacts
• Acting as a focal point for an assigned Business Unit(s) in HQ, as required
• Leading in cross-departmental assigned project teams
• Mentoring junior members of the team
• Maintaining
up-to-date
knowledge of HR and mobility best practices, including participation in industry conferences and company-approved training courses
• Performing and carrying out administrative tasks for your assigned resources, when required
• Adhere to and report KPI results across service delivery of providers
• Ensuring our record-keeping and data-processing procedures comply with GDPR requirements and company policies
• Ensuring employee files and trackers are up to date
This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:
· Degree
· Certificate/Diploma/high school/A Levels
· Relevant University degree (HR or similar)
· CIPD accreditation would be advantageous.
· Excellent English
· Proven HR experience working in a
fast-paced
, professional, global business environment
· Sound knowledge and awareness of UK and International Employment Laws
· Demonstratable
