Job Description Summary
The Product Sales Specialist of magnetic resonance (shortcut as MR) for human imaging products, will be responsible for promoting, selling and following-up MR products, solutions and services in the specific area of competence. You will be called on as a technical product expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions to customers. This position is not account assigned and will work in close collaboration with account-assigned Sales Account Managers to close the sale. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and to develop key opinion leaders in MR in the area.

Job Description

Locations: Campania, Molise, Basilicata, Puglia, Calabria, Sicilia

Roles and Responsibilities

Maximize sales orders, margin, market share, customer satisfaction of MR modality and business solutions;
Develop long term customer relationships, high customer satisfaction leveraging resources in the team, in the Company/GE businesses;
Tracking list of sales opportunities, leads using GE’s sales tools. Follow up as necessary;
Support sales of assigned product and business solutions to customers;
Organize product demonstrations, sites visits and follow-up;
Prepare and co-ordinate tenders response and validate documentation in collaboration with Sales Account Manager and Tender & Offer office;
Providing pricing strategy and insure pricing compliance for segment opportunities;
Providing training to all sales team members on strategy and product offerings;
Co-ordinate customer follow-up and IB action to ensure maximum retention rate;
Representing GEHC at congresses, meetings to promote product and company;
Track market effectively and provide accurate current and forecasts data using information tools available;
Communicate market information effectively to/from the field including competitor data;
Communicate effectively with members of sales/marketing/service team to maximize all sales potential and communicates leads to relevant colleagues;
Generates, record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers;
Ensures knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes.

Quality Specific Goals:

Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs;
Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System. Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy, Anti-Competition Policies, Compliance rules, etc.;
Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in technical or engineering or medical schools;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent organizational skills;
Selling & Negotiation skills;
Availability to travel frequently and sleep away;
Fluent in English;
Valid motor vehicle license.
Selling experience in magnetic resonance imaging medical field;
Previous technical and clinical expertise in the magnetic resonance for human imaging products;
Previous experience in other medical imaging products such as CT or Molecular Imaging are valued;
Previous experience in sales;
Team working skills.
