Found.ation is looking for a highly motivated Innovation Junior Project Manager to run and help develop and scale key projects and services of the company. They must be tech-savvy, have experience in relevant fields and understand the concepts of innovation, digital transformation and technology upskilling. The candidate will be expected to have excellent project management skills and be involved in all company activities centered around our main business pillars: startup & corporate innovation ecosystems, business transformation, business training.
Responsibilities
Organize and manage multiple corporate projects with a wide variety of clients and partners across Found.ation’s Innovation Solutions department.
Work alone or as part of a team to design projects, implement objectives, and handle communication with project stakeholders and partners. Be accountable for delivering high-quality outcomes that meet project goals.
Lead day-to-day project management activities, including but not limited to implementing tasks, administrative issues, monitoring deadlines, reports, costs, time plans, and resources.
Be an active Found.ation ambassador for innovation, technological education, and digital transformation. That includes taking part in industry events and conferences and actively networking in the sector.
Participate in the development and preparation of proposals for new projects and services for Found.ation’s corporate partners.
Foster relationships with strategic company partners.
Communicate effectively within the organization and with external partners (academia/research, freelancers, industrial partners, etc.).
Assist in the operational and procedural aspects of the Innovation Solutions Team, creating and drafting processes and policies, to ensure team alignment and capacity building.
Requirements
University Degree in Business/Management, Economics, Engineering or another related discipline. A Master’s degree will be considered an advantage.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project management of technological or innovation projects.
Very good project management skills and ability to work on own initiative, maintain pace and be responsible towards clients.
Sound organizational and presentation skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with other Project/Time Management tools and services.
