Front Office Receptionist
Responsabilities:
Greet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
Answer phones and place reservations
Respond to any questions or information from guests
Check-out service
Requirments:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotels covering the same position
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Provide a high standard of customer service
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
Fluent english
