Bring to life what’s next Implementation support and management of business and IT projects in the area of HR, with a focus on transformations in the area of digital HR.
Programme and
project management
in national and international environments.
Conception of HR and HR IT strategies and HR target operating models in the context of HR cloud implementations.
Support and implementation of organizational, process-related, IT-related and personnel changes in the HR organization.
Planning and management of training measures.
Efficient linking of processes between business, strategy, and IT.
Academic excellency : outstanding bachelor’s or master’s degree in a renowned University or University of Applied Sciences in the field of Economics, Social Sciences, or Information Technology.
Industry knowledge : several years of practical project experience in the field of
digital transformation
in at least one of the following industries:
Insurance, Consumer Goods & Retail, Manufacturing, and Life Science. Comprehensive knowledge of HR work, as well as HR strategy, organization, and processes.
Consulting experience : practical experience in (partial)
project management
in the HR environment.
