On behalf of our client, an international Real Estate investor, we are looking to hire an Investment Associate to join the Dublin team.
The Role:
Support in depth industry and market research relating to acquisition opportunities.
Assist in underwriting and development of real estate financial models.
Collaborate with Investor Relations and Portfolio Management teams in the preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual results announcements and investor presentations.
Presentation and re[porting of key financials to senior management.
Requirements:
University degree with a focus on Finance, Real Estate, Finance or Mathematics discipline
2-3 years’ experience in an analyst level role with an investment bank/consulting firm/asset manager
High degree of proficiency in financial modelling.
Detail oriented, strong analytical skills with ability to deliver to deadlines.
ACA or CFA achievement or progress towards designation desirable.
