MSPS SA, a leading Integrated Marketing and Sales services company, is seeking a talented and experiencedAcquisition Executive.About the role:As anIQOS Club Resolution executive, you will undertaketicketing system administrationduties while liaising with agents to manage ticketing allocations along with providing best customer service and support.
Responsibilities
Efficiently manage the ticketing system, ensuring all incoming tickets are promptly logged and categorized
Prioritize tickets based on urgency and impact on operations
Assign tickets to appropriate team members or departments for resolution
Monitor ticket progress and follow up with responsible parties to ensure timely resolution
Communicate updates and resolutions to stakeholders
Maintain accurate records of all ticket-related activities
Analyze ticket data to identify recurring issues and propose solutions for process improvement
Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for ticket resolution
Close tickets upon successful resolution and verify customer satisfaction
Raise risks if tickets increased – perhaps we have systemic issue (Risk handling)
Requirements
Ongoing or acquired Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills both in Greek & English
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proficient use of SQL
Proficient skills in Power BI
Data analytics skills
