As a key member of our finance team, you’ll play a crucial role in managing broad accounting matters, overseeing our Italian Headquarter and UK branch, handling treasury functions, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
As Senior Accountant, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of accounting tasks, including managing accounts payable and receivable ledgers, overseeing asset accounting, and handling tax matters for our UK branch. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in treasury management and group tax reporting.
Job Description
Accounting Management
Manage accounts payable ledger for Italy, EU, and Extra-EU transactions.
Oversee accounts receivable ledger and asset accounting in the fixed asset ledger.
Issue invoices to customers and manage receivables.
Maintain directories for vendors/customers and oversee archive activities.
Tax Management
Handle tax matters, including VAT registers and withholding taxes.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations for group reporting purposes.
Collaborate with local advisors for UK branch accounting and tax matters.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field, accounting high school diploma essential.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, VAT matters, and internal group guidelines.
SAP knowledge is advantageous.
Intermediate English proficiency (at least B1 level).
Solid Excel skills, including pivot tables.
Demonstrated precision, reliability, autonomy, and confidentiality.
Proactive approach to suggesting process improvements and innovations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, external suppliers, and colleagues.
Openness to continuous training and skill development.
