IHR-Renewables is proud to be partnering with a global leader in advanced energy solutions and renewable power generation. They are looking for a Lead Mechanical Engineer to join their rotating machinery team!
As Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will be involved in the full rotating machine lifecycle design from enquiry to remittance, commissioning and eventual disposal.
Responsibilities:
Review detailed mechanical engineering analysis including stress analysis, torsional analysis, rotordynamicanalysis, thermal analysis, and hydrodynamic bearing analysis
Provide technical support to manufacturing, test, and CAD design personnel
Read technical specifications and provide technical comment and clarification
Experiences:
Knowledge of rotating machines
Experience with AutoCAD, Creo, Ansys, Dyrobes, Math Cad and other similar products
Ability to work to drawings and schematics with complete accuracy, understanding geometric tolerances and key symbols
