of UX Researchers.
As a key player within the organisation, you’ll collaborate with various departments to advance and refine the research ethics, principles, and methodologies. Your expertise in
diverse
research techniques will not only guide the team but also empower others through mentorship.
About You:
• You’ve held senior or lead roles in user research, demonstrating
hands-on experience
and a deep understanding of UX principles.
• You have experience managing a small team.
• You excel in conducting usability studies and implementing iterative testing methods to drive
continuous improvement

• You thrive in a
