The research department at ICPS comprises seasoned international analysts and researchers spanning across 12 specialized departments. Who We Are Recruiting For Position?

We, as ICPS, are looking for people who are interested in the legal department with supporting resumes for the position they are applying for. We will be hiring ten (10) people for our legal affairs department, internationally.

Under the supervision of the Legal Director and in close cooperation with the Human Resource team, you will provide NGO – NPO related legal consultation and law related research and drafting support for project deliverables, produce research for different NGO or NPO legal, policy, media and monitor and analyze rule of law related developments for the organization around the world.

Soft Skills & Strong Skills

Lead and drive growth for ICPS as a strategic adviser who understands both legal NGO/NPO concepts.

● Provide legal support and advice to the organization and its senior management;

a.) Advising management and board on various matters such as legal rights, international law, and new and existing laws.

● Review all new contracts, amendments on existing contracts, contract terminations to secure ICPS benefit for possible legal disputes.

● Be the lead contact for external lawyers and consultants and provide general legal counseling regarding all fields of international law

● Review and ensure legal documents with existing regulations, guidelines and standards; provide strategic legal advice concerning new legislative developments
