We are looking for someone who has either worked in a Recruitment or Talent environment previously. As the Candidate Manager, you will have a positive can-do attitude with the ability of working well in a team and support the growth of the permanent division. Key
Duties & Responsibilities
for the Candidate Manager Sourcing candidates for all permanent vacancies via email, calls, Linked In Recruiter & job boards. Monitoring all applications via Linked In Recruiter & job boards Telephone screening candidates ensuring you provide a good level of vacancy briefing to gauge interest & the skills meet the request of the client and job spec. Checking and copying , VISA’s and other proof of right to work documents, always enforcing compliance regulations.
Monitoring and updating Sales Force accordingly, following company processes procedures. Write comprehensive candidate profiles and job adverts. Ad hoc administration
Requirements
for the Candidate Manager Ideally 1 years’ experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or within a similar role. Excellent customer service and administrative skills. Strong
attention to detail
with great
communication skills
both verbally and written.
Able to
work effectively under pressure and able to meet very tight deadlines. Strong level of IT, administrative and organisational skills. Previous CRM / ATS experience Time management skills
