Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
Recognised and registered engineering apprenticeship.
3 years’ experience in maintenance works.
City & Guilds Advanced Craft in a recognised engineering discipline or equivalent recognised qualification essential.
To have a comprehensive knowledge of building engineering services
To have an analytical fault finding ability.
To have excellentcommunication skills.
To have basic IT skills.
To be able to work on own initiative.
To be able to work as part of a team.
To have a customer focused approach to work.
To hold a full current driving licence.
