About the Role Magnit Global is seeking an experienced, committed, high-energy, detail-oriented Office Manager to support to both the running of our Head Office based in Knutsford and diary management of our executive team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.

and confidentiality are assumed. What You Will Do

• Full calendar management General Manager and Vice President of Sales

• Overseeing the general administrative functions and any events or activities in the office

• Coordinate and prepare internal / external meetings, including communications, room facilities, agenda, IT set-ups, contracts, etc.

• Create and maintain a pleasant

work environment

, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness,

communication

, key-record keeping and coordination among departments.

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner

• Arrange travel schedule and reservations, including expense reporting processing

• Accurately manage follow-up items from meetings (both internal and external, where appropriate)

• Monitor daily incoming phone calls and meeting requests and manage emails where appropriate

• Ensure documentation that requires authorization is signed within the agreed time frames and processed smoothly

• Handle special ad hoc projects as necessary

• Assist in the planning/management of personnel in the department.

• Manage and support sales activities including onsite/offsite events, new hires, customer activities and hospitality

• Provide additional support to the sales

and wider sales team What You Will Need

• 1 + years experience supporting at

executive level

• 2 + years professional experience

• Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings and travel arrangements

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook

• Must be highly organized, thrive under pressure, be proactive, flexible, reliable, punctual and highly confidential

• Corporate event planning and/or conference planning experience

• Experience working in a sales environment
