Are you an experienced para planner looking totake the next stepin your career? My client is seeking a Head of Paraplanning to join theirdynamicteam in Milton Keynes. As the Head of Paraplanning, you will play a pivotal role in providing technical support to Financial Planners and ensuring the delivery of exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
Write Financial Planning Reports to be presented to clients by our Advisers.
Conduct research on products and assist in finding suitable solutions for our clients.
Support client reviews and handle day-to-day queries as a point of contact.
Arrange submission of plans to provider companies.
Prepare client review packs and handle illustration requests.
Train and develop new Para planners.
Streamline Paraplanning processes to increase productivity.
Support colleagues in achieving required qualifications.
Enroll and support the team in achieiving their RO exams.
Assist in developing Paraplanner hubs in other offices.
Deliver training remotely.
Stay updated with financial products and legislation.
Requirements
Experience in a Financial Planning firm with essential Paraplanner/report writing skills.
Expert at Managing, Training, Support and motivating a team.
Motivated, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Ability to communicate effectively with third parties.
Diploma qualification is desirable, but relevant skills and experience will be considered.
Strong organisational andmultitaskingabilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibilityandadaptabilityto cope with change.
