WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re currently looking for aPersonal Assistant to our CEOto join us in our Milan HQ with a6 months fixed-term contract(with possibility to extend to 12 months).

You will closely collaborate with the CEO by supporting him in his daily activities and major projects.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Maintaining the CEO’s diary, scheduling internal and external meetings (both virtual and in person), communicating with stakeholders and staff as appropriate;

Welcoming visitors;

Arranging business lunches;

Acting as point of contact for the CEO, liaising with the teams as necessary;

Coordinating travel and accommodation;

Drafting of expense reports;

Drafting of meeting minutes and helping in follow-up actions;

Arranging on- and off-site events;

Preparing communications on behalf of the CEO;

E-mail and mail filtering;

Arrangement of personal travels and appointments;

Various ad hoc requests.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Significant previous experience working as an Executive/Personal Assistant, in aiding individuals at Director and/or Senior Manager levels;

Fluent Italian and English (both written and spoken);

Technologically savvy;

Excellent organizational and time management skills;

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;

Adaptability and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

Attention to details and can-do attitude.
