Your future duties and responsibilities

Youll be responsible for planning, leading, organising, and motivating Agile teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in line with programme standards.

You will

also be responsible for software delivery using Agile methods in a

fast-paced environment

that may cross multiple business units.

You will

use a high level of knowledge and experience of

Agile development

tools and techniques to fit large, complex, mission-critical, enterprise-level projects with the appropriate level of planning and to provide the right balance of Agility, predictability and pragmatism.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

As a Project Manager you will need to demonstrate experience as a Project or Delivery Manager in a client facing team, successfully implementing software development projects using Agile methodologies, managing projects of medium size and complexity in a high-tech development environment with cross functional teams.

A key part of your role will be collaborating with the technical team working across a variety of presales engagements, with clients from a broadening industry spectrum so Pre-Sales experience is essential.

You will

have solid understanding of software development life cycle models as well as good knowledge of Agile

project management

principles, practices and experience overseeing multi-function project teams. You should ideally have a track record of successful delivery of at least one large, complex Agile project and two medium-sized projects working as an integral part of the delivery team.

You will

have the skills and ability to promote

empowerment

of the team, ensuring each team member is fully engaged in the project and making a meaningful contribution, and encouraging a sustainable pace with high levels of quality for the team.
