For our client, an American company, the largest software producer in the world, we are looking for an Exchange (Online OR Server) Support Engineer.
Responsibilities:
Leading high-value sourcing activities, including RFI’s, RFQ’s, and RFP’s, and researching suitable suppliers;
Proactively collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely engagement of contingent labour and services, guiding risk mitigation and compliance;
Analyzing spending patterns to identify savings opportunities and driving initiatives for process improvement.;
Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors to meet specific objectives and KPIs;
Managing end-to-end supplier processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management, while ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs;
Optimizing technology platforms and tools, identifying process enhancements, and leading cross-functional initiatives for efficiency gains.
The Ideal Candidate:
Avanced English;
3+ years proven experience in a similar role and a BS/BA degree or equivalent;
Proven track record in relevant MSP / VMS (staffing) role OR managing a contingent labor / services spend category;
Experience of using a Vendor Managment System, preferably Beeline;
Solid multiphase project management and organization/time management skills;
The ability to deliver business results, strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills.
