Our client is looking for a talented andcollaborativeProduction Director to join our talented andinclusiveAAA Studio team. This full-time Production Director role is based in London and offers an excellent salary andbenefits package, including on-site and hybrid working patterns.

As a core member of our Product Management team, you’ll join the effort of forming passionatecross-functional teamsin crafting incredible experiences for players.

In your first few weeks in this Production Director role, you can expect to:

Partner closely with the Executive Producer, Production and Game teams to concept, define and implement engaging features, content, and systems that are aimed at improving/addressing key metric needs and targets

Be responsible for managing the content and release roadmap

Organise with the product team and development management teams to ensure the product vision is matched by a world-class content roadmap that responds directly to what the players love and want

Be responsible for both the ongoing critical and commercial success of the game and for building a best-in-class game team
