As Production Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supervising a talented team of assemblers. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Key Responsibilitiesfor the Production Team Leader:
? Lead and supervise a team of assemblers, fostering acollaborativeand high-performingwork environment.
? Plan and organize daily production schedules, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
? Monitor and evaluate assembly processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
? Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery, ensuring proper maintenance and adherence tosafety protocols.
To excel in this role as a Production Team Leader, you’ll need:
?? Experience in an electro-mechanical manufacturing environment.
?? Provenleadershipexperience, with the ability to lead a small team effectively.
?? Strong organizational andcommunication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
