Your new company
A market leading organisation within their field seek to appoint a management accountant with strong business partnering / management reporting skills.
You willsupport a project portfolio working alongside some prestigious customers.
Your new role
You willmanage a portfolio of projects supporting the PMs to ensure that each initiative has the appropriate budget in place prior to commencement. Furthermore, you will make sure that all project costs are duly captured in the appropriate manner. As each project progresses, you will provide management reporting on performance whilst ensuring any variance against budget are duly explained and accounted for.
You willwork with the PM’s to close down any projects as they come to the end of their life cycle and work in an environment ofcontinuous improvement.
What you’ll need to succeed
You willbe a qualified accountant with strong management reporting skills who relishes working in a broad and varied role. Exposure to the defence or MOD sectors (either working within a company of that ilk or supplying into those sectors) would be highly desirable.
