Have you managed projects from the very start to completion, complete life cycle?

Job role includes;
* Project Manager position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of chimney / flue systems for the industrial market sector
* Managing projects from start to finish ensuring that deadlines and budgets are adhered to
* Overseeing design, procurement, production, transport, and installation
* Process orders of materials & equipment to ensure they are delivered to site on time
* Liaising regularly with the Main Contractor, Sub Contractors and End User
* Attend site and office meetings and report back on project status
* Ensure that all variations are quantified, recorded and approved by clients
* Identify and keep on top of any risks, ensuring these are documented
* Providing financial evaluation and reporting of projects to Directors and
Senior Management
including progress reports, benchmarking, variance analysis and costs to complete calculations
* Managing projects ranging in value between £25,000 – £2,500,000
Salary – Circa £60000
Location – Blackpool
Benefits – £500 car allowance, 4x Death in service, 25 days annual holiday.
