Hours of work – Part Time 28.5 hours per week (£25, 745.02pa + Shift allowance)

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals tojoin our teamfor a night shift position. The shifts will primarily be on Sundays from 11pm to 5.30am, and the other nights will be from 12am to 5.30am. As part of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our facility during the late hours.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

We are currently looking for adynamicand driven individual tojoin our talented teamat our Shieldhall packaging site in achallengingandfast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy and a strong desire for continual improvement. They will demonstrate persistence and tenacity in ensuring timely and effective delivery. Immediate action to address issues and the willingness to challenge and confront problems head-on are essential attributes.

This individual will be a natural communicator, adept at keeping their team informed and motivated to achieve higher levels of performance.

They will excel in building strong relationships and removing barriers that hinder team productivity. This position requires comfort in handling complex data, extracting key improvement points, and aligning the team towards their achievement. Exceptional communications are crucial in developing and maintaining robust relationships.

The successful candidate will thrive in a busy and demanding setting, capable of distinguishing between important tasks and urgent matters, while effectively planning for the future.

About you

The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in a similar function, demonstrating excellentproblem-solvingandanalytical skills.

Demonstratable experience working in achallengingquality and customer focused FMCG environment is advantageous.

Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma or manufacturing excellence is beneficial for proactive structured problem evaluation and solving.
