Job DescriptionAs Raw Material Planner (Green Coffee) you will be responsible for providing aggregated demand planning to Coffee and Tea Buyers based on the demand forecast provided by the factories. You will ensure the integration of all key business processes from supplier to factories, providing products, services and information that add value for customers and stakeholders.
But that’s not all, for this role we would also like you to:
Aggregate, analyse and manage the aggregated demands from our plants at green coffee level. You will review mid/long term supply planning for C&T Sourcing and provide recommendations to the management team;
Maintain close contact with all supply chain parties, particularly factory stakeholders, logistics services providers, and internal C&TS stakeholders, to ensure an excellent execution of green coffee supply;
Review the results in APO, define recommendations for changes and initiate hub-to-hub replenishments, spot purchases, and other solution;
Optimize the planning parameters, resolve structural planning issues and develop a robust planning process;
Participate in phase in/ out planning concerning green coffee and tea supply requirements;
Coordinate with Coffee&Tea Sourcing stakeholders to ensure timely action execution to mitigate supply risks.
