We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager or Senior Recruitment Consultant looking to move upwards to work in our Eastern Office based in Spalding. Ideally, you will be an experienced 360 Driving or Industrial Recruitment Consultant or Branch Manage looking for your next move.
Duties include:
– Dealing with our extensive client and worker base in and around the Greater Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire areas.
Growing and maintaining healthy and established desks
Dealing with our small team of staff and head office to ensure smooth operation of the office
Ensuring the clients are dealt with in a professional and compliant manner
A good understanding of recruitmnet and staffing legislation
Growing the branch and ensuring client needs are attended to
Ensuring excellence with our clients and workers at all times

and regular commission ( current estimated OTE for Consultants is realistically between £47000 and £60000 based on basic salary ) and new client bonuses.
