About the Role:
As the Registered Manager, you’ll lead operations at a small Nursing Home, providing personalized care to 11 service users with severe learning disabilities and complex healthcare needs.

will involve overseeing staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining
regulatory compliance

This full-time, permanent role offers a
competitive salary
of £37,783 – £39,936 per annum, plus benefits.
Key Skills and
Experience:
We’re seeking a Qualified Nurse or a Registered Manager with experience in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs. Ideal candidates will have strong
leadership
skills, excellent
communication
abilities, proficiency in IT, a Level 1 Registered Nursing Qualification and current NMC registration.
