new opportunity in Birmingham? If so, we want to hear from you! Stroud Resourcing is seeking an ambitious and driven Resident Medical Officer to join our client’s dedicated and

passionate team

.

This role offers an excellent salary of up to £78,000 FTE and many fantastic benefits. Our client is looking for a minimum commitment of 1 x 24-hour shift per week, but full and part-time opportunities are available.

It’s an incredibly

exciting

time to be joining this state-of-the-art, specialty hospital. This

purpose

-built facility has received huge investment, and its facilities include 50 beds, 4 operating theatres and well-equipped level 3

critical care

unit. The hospital offers a range of specialty services, including Cardiology, Oncology and Complex Services.

As a Resident Doctor you can expect to:

Cover the level 3

Critical Care

Adult Unit, and general wards, acting on Consultant-Led decisions in partnership with highly specialist Nurses.

Day-to-day this could include pre-op or post-op treatments, clinical assessments, ward rounds or clerking admissions, reviewing discharges, assessing referrals and more.

Provide immediate medical care such as attending and leading on emergency cardiac arrest calls or other instances where patients need medical specialist support.

To apply

GMC Registration and License to Practice in the UK.

Intensive Care Medicine training, (

Critical Care

and Anaesthesia).

Experience working

in a level 3

Critical Care

Adult Unit.
