We have built an AI-powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer’s dream.

Vendelux was founded in 2021, and our recent $14 million Series A was led by First Mark, who have invested in other companies like Shopify, Pinterest, Discord, Airbnb, Draft Kings, Carta and Justworks (amongst others). Our leadership team includes alumni from Shutterstock, Bain, Google, Parsley and Compass.

Scope of Responsibilities

Provide strategic support to the Global Head of New Business in analyzing the pipeline, forecasts, AE ramp time and efficiency, retention methods, and current KPIs

Be the Hubspot lead in collaboration with marketing and own any CRM initiatives

Own the rev ops roadmap from intake to execution: from diagnosing issues/requests/ opportunities to project managing and ensuring execution

Facilitate in creating account and lead lists, territory guidance and report creation

Partner with team leads to create and maintain reports to track KPIs and revenue across marketing, sales development, sales and customer success

Partner with team leads and finance to drive annual financial planning for the sales org, including headcount, segmentation, and go-to market plans & strategies

Own sales projections and forecasting across the funnel and in all global regions

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in a Revops or Sales Ops role within a high growth SaaS startup

Must have Hubspot expertise

Experience with sales, BI and marketing tools like Demandbase, Gong, Apollo and Zoominfo

Some knowledge of Python or SQL is a bonus

Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, charts, advanced formulas, data imports, etc.)

Experience with both US and European markets

Likes a fast paced environment and is a quick learner
