Days:
Monday-Friday, with a half day on Friday’s!

Hours:

08:00-17:00

Permanent role

Salary: 23, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings, and ensuring all documentation is prepared accurately and promptly.

Be the point of contact for sales inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses to clients and colleagues.

Prepare and distribute sales reports and tracksales performanceto support decision-making and strategy development.

Coordinate and manage sales events, including trade shows, conferences, and product launches, to enhance our brand presence.

Processing of their customer orders with data entry and contract review.

Assist with the creation and maintenance of sales materials, presentations, and contracts.

Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth sales operations andcustomer satisfaction.

Utilise our CRM system to update and maintain customer records and sales data.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales administration or a similar role.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

Strongattention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

Outstanding verbal and writtencommunication skills.

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Strongproblem-solvingabilities with a proactive approach.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
