WorkWave is the leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for pest control, lawn care software, vehicle route optimization, workforce management, and other field service industries. We are looking for a talented individual to perform a hybrid role, which includes Business Development activity by generating new leads through outbound prospecting.

In addition to the above, the role includes inside sales activity of order processing, sales support, and presales activity, including software presentation.

This position will focus on lead generation – contacting and developing relationships with potential customers and scheduling and performing demos for the potential channel partners and end users customers with the support of the EMEA sales team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Generate new leads through outbound calling and emailing, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries

Research and qualify prospects, identify key personas, and increase the database of prospects

Connect with prospects, qualify them, and schedule meetings and product demos for the Account Executives

Work closely with Marketing and Sales to source prospects, improve our outbound efforts, and achieve organizational goals

Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce.com, including comprehensive up-to-date client information and record of interactions

Maintain an organized pipeline and activity records using Salesforce.com and Sales Engagement Platforms

Exceeding key performance indicators, including outbound activity, the number of appointments set, monthly and quarterly opportunities generated, etc

Perform tailored software demonstrations on behalf of channel partners to potential end users customers.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Great communication (verbal and written) and organization skills

Self-starter who thrives working independently as well as a member of a collaborative team

Strive to continuously improve best practices and demonstrate a willingness to learn through coaching and mentoring

Motivation to drive results in a fast-paced environment

Sense of urgency to meet and exceed aggressive goals

Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
