Fulltime Retail Sales Manager to start in September 2023 for a high-end Home brand in Barcelona.
Tasks
Job Description:
Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
Working with cash registers and processing payments, exchanges, and returns as per store policy
Sending a summary of invoices on a daily or weekly basis
Setting and attaining sales goals
Thoroughly learning about our products
Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
Recommending the best products to customers for their specific needs
Inventory Management including updating inventory and products on the Shopify store, creating barcodes when needed
Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing. We require someone who is able to lift heavy boxes and go up and down stairs for inventory restocking purposes.
Attending meetings with staff to set weekly goals and review progres
Work Hours:
Tuesday to Saturday from 10AM to 2PM and 4PM to 8PM

1906.08 EUR GROSS salary
Requirements
Personal Requirements:
Language: Castellano and English are mandatory. Understanding and Speaking Catalan is a big plus
Shopify Sales Experience
Ability to Use Google Drive Apps such as Google Sheets to make Excel sheets
Ability to Use Google Drive Apps such as Google Sheets to make excel sheets
Experience: minimum 1 year of experience in retail
Basic understanding of home textile products
Basic Math Skills and Computer Literate
Friendly and Personable with customers
Dressed Appropriately for the store and brand
Familiar with using Apple products like iPads and Mac
