As aSales Managerspecializing in the Food-Tech/Quick Commerce market, you will spearhead and oversee sales initiatives, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue growth, analyze market/competition trends, grow a pipeline of prospects, engage in lead generation, and foster customer relationships. Your main focus will be on achieving and exceeding sales goals, managing funnels effectively, and forecasting sales.

Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Experience

Spearhead sales activities in the Food-Tech/Q-commerce market, focusing on high-value account acquisition and revenue growth.

Develop and implement advanced forecasting methods to accurately predict sales results by month and quarter.

Develop the pipeline and goals by business stage to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.

Account Analysis & Strategic Sales

Conduct discovery calls that identify need, value drivers, and friction points and position the product suite accordingly.

Have an in-depth understanding of the economics of restaurants and e-commerce units and how products can create value for the customer and be able to articulate and present their findings.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and drive lead generation.

Manage negotiation stages and conversion rates effectively and accurately to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.

Sales team mentoring and training

Advise and coach sales executives, providing industry information and guidance.

Conduct sales training and development programs to enhance the team’s capabilities.

Sales Metrics & CRM Management

Accurately enter and maintain your pipeline, activities, and leads in CRM tools.

Monitor and report on sales performance against targets and forecasts, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure your sales goal is reached.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of sales experience within the Foodtech/SaaS industry.

1-2 years experience in UAE/GCC

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

Strong analytical skills for customer relationship management and market analysis.

Learn fast with a dynamic approach to adapt to market changes.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.

Previous experience or a strong interest in the FoodTec/Quick Commerce sector.

Familiarity with SaaS solutions and software sales methodologies.

Proficiency in customer relationship management and market analysis.
