Tent Box is anexcitinghigh-growth company based near Southampton. We are looking for a Senior Content Creator to join our growing marketing team, to lead our video and photo content production pipelines.

Responsibilities
To lead video and photo production at Tent Box, a key function in the marketing team.
To plan and execute shoots effectively, considering talent, locations, equipment, storyboards, timings.
To help develop storyboards and scripts, alongside others in the marketing team.
To develop and improve the quality of the video output within the business.
The Ideal Candidate
Good portfolio of well executed video and photography work.
Ability to understand how to shoot content and tell a story in an effective way that clearly achieves a marketing outcome.
Experience working within a top marketing team and/or the outdoor space desirable.
Organised (including asset upload and folder management) and able to work to deadlines.
