Salary plus benefits including Car/Allowance Mon to Fri Site based role – focused on Knutsford Campus, with some travel to satellite sites in Manchester, Liverpool and Sunderland Here at ISS, as one of the UK’s premier Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are now looking for a Technical Services Manager to join a prestigious corporate banking account, with a focus on their Knutsford Campus.
This is an attractive multi acre campus, consisting of number of corporate offices, leisure facilities, and spacious green areas, set in leafy Cheshire countryside. The site is classed as Critical, and so are a high number of Assets, LV, HV, Power, Mechanical etc. The site is also busy with lots of Project work going on, a high footfall and new builds under construction.
This role is to lead the overall M&E operation, consisting of around 20 engineers from, M&E, Projects and Fabric.
You will
line manage the Technical Manager, plus engineers site based in the satellite sites, with 5 direct reports in total. There will be some travel so smaller client sites, but the role is very much focused on the Knutsford campus This is a fantastic role for a Technical Manager looking to advance their career within a world class employer on a prestigious account, focusing on world class attractive campus facility Actions will include:
Ensure stat compliance across engineering service lines Support the Site Lead in reporting to the various customers, from local to corporate level Line Manage your team effectively Work with subcontractors Go through training when required Ensure the engineering function links in with other FM service lines to ensure an excellent contractual service Recruit for your team, and create succession plans We need from you:
Either Mechanical or Electrical core bias with clear
leadership
