Must have
at least 5 years experience in a more senior type of role Strong understanding of service charges, budgets and contract management

strong understanding of H&S and
sustainability
Be able to lead a team to oversee the whole site Excellent
communication skills
to deal with all stake holders Client side opportunity Working for a very well respected and established company £60,000 – £65,000 depending on experience
