With a focus on commercial, employment and consumer litigation you will need to be a lawyer with a minimum of 5 years’ litigation experience from a well regarded law firm and a commercial mind for looking at the bigger picture. Specialising in group actions, this is a firm that takes on well funded defendants and wins! The work can be complex and ground breaking and you will be working with a
talented team of smart professionals who have a deep understanding of the litigation system.
Skills Required
· 5-10 PQE Commercial Litigation Experience from a highly regarded UK law firm
· An understanding of class action litigation
· Experience ofequal payactions, employment status claims and other workers’ rights claims would be advantageous
· Excellentcommunicationand drafting skills
