SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and experiencedSenior Manager of EMEA Field Operationsto front our Revenue Operations business across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with salesleadership, overseeing and optimizing sales operations processes, driving efficiency, and supporting the achievement ofsales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strongleadershipskills, a deep understanding of revenue operations, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.

The role will report to theSnr Director of Field Operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Lead the development and execution of sales operations strategies and initiatives to support the achievement ofsales targetsand revenue growth objectives in the EMEA region

Oversee and optimize sales operations processes, including but not limited to sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, and sales compensation.

Collaborate with salesleadershipto define sales territories, quotas, and goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Analysesales performancedata to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to salesleadershipand stakeholders.

Collaborate with analytical teams in the creation and maintenance ofsales performancemetrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on performance tosenior management.

Partner withcross-functional teams, including finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment andcollaborationon revenue operations initiatives and processes.

Drivecontinuous improvementinitiatives to enhance revenue efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to revenue operations, and make recommendations forinnovationandoptimization.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven track recordof success in sales operationsleadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience managing sales operations teams in the EMEA region.

Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies.

Strongleadershipskills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.
