Snr Production Manager – The Role
In this pivotal role, you will cultivate a thriving culture, uniting teams & drivingcontinuous improvementthrough yourstrategic visionand exceptional people management.

The plant is highly automated, hence the need for an ability to understand the engineering/plant & engage people & processes on this front also.
Reporting to the Site Director, you’ll be closely aligned with in bringing forward your vision, strategy & of course results.
You’ll oversee Production and CI for the site through your direct reports. Increasingcommunication, embedding values, leading new training programs and overall improvements on this site.

What Will You Need to Be Successful?
Essential Requirements:
Proven Production or Operational Management experience within manufacturing/processing or similar technically lead business.
Passion forContinuous Improvement.
Able to demonstrate strategic operationalleadership.
Strong skills in structured people development and knowledge.
Food or FMCG Manufacturing experience is desirable
