About the role of Senior Project Manager:
Working on commercial construction projects valued £15 – £35 million, with a focus on fit out, cut + carve, structural work and externals.
Responsibilities
for Senior Project Manager:
Acting as No.1 on site with a Project Director present 1/2 days a week
Communication
with sub contractors
Day to day
Client interaction
Ensuring programme is met
Requirements
for Senior Project Manager:
Experience working
at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
Experience working
as a Senior Project Manager on projects valued over £15 million
Externals and structural experience
Cut + Carve & commercial fit out experience What we offer for Senior Project Manager:
