As a Senior Project Manager you will be expected to attend their Oxford office at least once a week and travel to their site location at least once a week which is located in Aldermaston. As this is a large 40,000sq ft project you will be expected to take charge and manage the PM’s whilst providing mentorship, taking the projects from inception to completion, building and maintaining relationships with client and stakeholders etc.
A successful candidate will be chartered RICS, CIOB, RIBA, MICE, have previous experience in working a consultancy-based environment, previously delivered large scale projects from various sectors (preferablyeducation, life sciences and technology) and have strongcommunicationand organisational skills.
Up to £65,000 salary
25 days annual leave (increasing to 28 days with length of service)
