The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, along with strong

skills to guide a team of developers and administrators.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions. Provide technical
leadership
and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators. Conduct
code reviews
