WHAT YOU’LL DO

Seakeeper changes the way people spend their time on the water. And if they’re forced to go back to their old (and sad) ways of boating because their Seakeeper isn’t working, you’ll be there to save the day! As our Product Support Representative – EMEA, you’ll be our customers initial Seakeeper contact to help them troubleshoot common problems and provide answers and basic information to get them back up and running. In addition, you’ll support our owners, boat builders and Seakeeper Dealers by:

Answering customer inquiries (and sometimes complaints) by phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Opening service cases, entering pertinent information, and providing timely follow-up
Assisting Seakeeper Dealers in generating quotes and service orders for spare parts
Providing troubleshooting information around Seakeeper operation, maintenance, and repair
Verifying and updating current warranty information for Seakeeper owners
Editing and distributing service documents internally and externally
Providing technical product and systems assistance to Seakeeper Dealers

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Do you have a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn, and the ability to hustle in a fast-paced environment? Then Seakeeper is the place for you! Here are a few other things you’ll need to succeed.

MUST-HAVES

High school diploma or equivalent
Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric attitude at all times
Strong data entry skills and strong command of Microsoft Office programs
Be professional, responsive, resourceful, and flexible
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in advanced English language
Superior time management, multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills

NICE-TO-HAVES

Associates or Bachelor’s degree
Customer and product support experience
Multilingual in Spanish or French

MORE DETAILS YOU’LL WANT TO KNOW

On-the-job training will be provided (we will help you become the Seakeeper expert!)
Occasional travel to our other office locations is possible along with OEM and boat show attendance
Although you’ll be based at our Lavagna, Italy location, you’ll have the opportunity to work from your home office some of time, if you choose
You’ll report to the Product Support Supervisor EMEA

Our Product Support Team is nestled within our Aftermarket department. It is a small but mighty team that offers the opportunity to gain technical knowledge while also daily interacting with a wide array of people. You’ll be able to make an immediate impact in both internal support and the impression the world has of Seakeeper.
