Purpose of Position: The internship in Customer Service department aims to provide an overview of the role as Customer Service in a multinational company and allow the intern to gain more and more autonomy in the assigned tasks. He/she will support the Customer Service team, mainly for the Italian market, to ensure the best support for our clients.
The activities are to listen to customer concerns, answer customer questions and provide information about the company’s products and services.
This is a key role to ensure the right management of orders, claims management and some document-related activities, also for foreign markets and customs.
Description of Main Activities/Responsibilities:
Support in Orders Management and Complaint & returns Management
Inserting new prices into management system to keep the pricing lists updated
Contact with clients and keep high quality relationships with them
Document-related and reporting activities
Requirements:
Education: Degree in foreign languages and/or Economics
Professional Skills: Experiences in customer facing are considered as a plus; time management problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Experience: No experience needed
Language Skills: Proficient English is mandatory.
Computer Skills: MS Office
Behavioral Requirements: Ability to work with precision and accuracy; Strong aptitude for interpersonal relationships and effective Communication Skills; organizational skills.
